品管圈活动在降低便民门诊患者挂号错误率中的应用

         

摘要

Objective: To discuss the application effects of quality control circle activity (QCCA) in reducing the error rate of convenience clinic registration. Methods: The group of QCCA was formulated, the state of convenience clinic registration was surveyed to find out the main factors of high error rate of convenience clinic registration, the corresponding improvement measures were established, organized and implemented, the effects before and after QCCA were compared. Results: The error rate of convenicen clinic registration was 10.29% before QCCA, decreased to 6.77% after QCCA, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion: The launch of QCCA reduce the error rate of convenience clinic registration and improve the experience of visiting the doctor.%目的:探讨品管圈活动降低便民门诊患者挂号错误率的应用效果.方法:成立品管圈活动小组,对便民门诊患者挂号现状进行调查,查找便民门诊患者挂号错误率高的主要因素,并进行分析,从而制订相应的改进措施并组织实施,比较品管圈活动前后效果.结果:便民门诊患者挂号错误率由品管圈活动前的10.29%降低至活动后的6.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:品管圈活动的开展降低了便民门诊患者挂号错误率,改善了就医体验.
