三清降糖方改善2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的临床研究

摘要

目的 观察三清降糖方对2 型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗(IR)患者在降糖、改善IR 状态等方面的疗效.方法 选取2 型糖尿病伴IR 患者80 例,随机分为治疗组40 例,对照组40 例.对照组给予基础治疗的同时结合降糖西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用三清降糖方,1 剂/d,6 周为1 个疗程.观察记录2 组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 小时血糖、空腹血胰岛素等指标,并计算胰岛素敏感指数.结果 治疗组能有效降低糖尿病患者空腹血糖、餐后血糖、空腹胰岛素水平,与治疗前及对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.05).结论 三清降糖方联合西药可显著降低血糖水平,改善IR 状态.%Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of SanQing JiangTangFang in improving insulin resistance and lowering glucose of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method: 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied with insulin resistance were chosen and randomized into treatment group and control group. Control group received basic treatment and western medicine of lowering glucose while treatment group were administered with SanQing JiangTangFang based on the treatment given to control group, one dose one day, six weeks is a course of treatment. To observe and record the indexes including fasting blood glucose before and after the treatment, 2h postprandial plasma glucose and fasting insulin, and to calculate insulin sensitivity index. Result: Patients in treatment group can effectively lower fasting blood glucose, postprandial plasma glucose and fasting insulin, there were remarkable differences compared with that before the treatment and control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: SanQing JiangTangFang combined with western medicine can obviously lower blood glucose and improve insulin resistance.
