目的:总结循证护理在人工全膝关节置换术囤手术期护理中的护理效果.方法:回顾性分析2005年12月至2010年8月行人工膝关节置换术患者156例护理措施,通过术前循证护理制定、循证观察与应用,术后冷敷、止痛,密切观察惠肢血供,加强主动与被动功能锻炼.结果:术后72小时内,患者膝关节肿胀程度及疼痛减轻,156例患者均未出现下肢深静脉血栓.结论:循证护理在全膝关节置换术围手术期护理中有利于人工膝关节置换术后关节功能早期恢复,减少或避免并发症发生,可显著提高患者的生存和生活质量.%Objective: To summarize the effects of evidence-based nursing in the care of total knee replacement during perioperative period. Method: Nursing measures of 156 patients after total knee replacement from December 2005 to August 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. The blood supplies of the limbs were observed as well as functional exercises were enhanced actively and passively through working out the preoperative plan of evidence-based nursing, evidence-based observation and application, cold compress after the operation and acesodyne. Result: The swelling of patients' joints obviously alleviated and the pains eased within 72 hours after surgery. There was no attack of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity in 156 patients. Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing in the care of total knee replacement during perioperative period is good for the rehabilitation of joint function after surgery, reduce or avoid the complications, noticeably improve the life quality of the patients.
