浅谈加强中医院科研管理

摘要

We should enhance service consciousness from scientific plan, administrative staff, resources allo-cation, research collaboration, project library and others in the department of scientific research management around how to improve the level of scientific declaration in TCM hospital, renew the concept of service, consequenthy to improve and develop scientific research work in hospital.%围绕如何提高中医院科研申报水平，加强科研管理，阐述了科研管理部门应从科研规划、管理人员、资源配置、科研协作、项目库等方面进行加强服务意识，更新服务理念，以使医院的科研工作得到提高与发展。
