目的：观察殷克敬教授经络诊查选穴法治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法：将60例符合缺血性中风诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例，治疗组以经络诊查发现的异常经脉的腧穴选穴为主，再辨证选穴针刺治疗；对照组常规辨证选穴治疗；2组均每天针刺1次，10次为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果：Fugl-Meyer评分2组治疗后均升高，治疗组升高较明显（P＜0.05），与对照组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。 Ashworth评分2组治疗后均降低，治疗组降低较明显（P＜0.05），与对照组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。 Ashworth分级情况2组治疗前比较，无明显差异(P＞0.05)，2组治疗前后组内比较，差异显著(P＜0.05)，2组治疗后组间比较，差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：经络诊查选穴治疗缺血性中风可较好地改善肢体运动功能。%Objective:To survey curative effects of professor Yin Kejing′s meridian inspection point selection method in treating ischemic stroke. Methods:Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the con-trol group, the treatment group mainly chose the acupoints along abnormal meridian by meridian inspection and re-ceived the needling according to syndrome differentiation;the control group were treated with the acupoints accord-ing to syndrome differentiation;once each day, ten times were one course of the treatment, curative effects were ob-served after three courses of the treatment. Results:Fugl-Meyer scales of both groups were raised after treating, the increase of the treatment group was more notable (P<0.05), the difference was significant when it was compared with the control group (P<0.05). Ashworth scales of both groups were lowered after treating, the decrease of the treatment group was more significant (P<0.05), the difference was notable when it was compared with the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in Ashworth classification before treating (P>0.05), the differ-ence was remarkable in one group between before and after treating (P<0.05), the difference was significant be-tween both groups after treating (P<0.05). Conclusion:Meridian inspection point selection method in treating is-chemic stroke could improve motor function of the limbs.
