白术消痞方加减对功能性消化不良胃肠激素及胃肠动力的影响

         

摘要

Objective: To discuss the influence ofBaiZhuXiaoPiprescription on gastrointestinal hormone and gastrointestinal motility of the patients suffering from functional dyspepsia. Methods: Altogether 120 patients were allocated to the treatment group and the control group according to therapeutic method. The control group were administered withWeiFuChuntablets, and the treatment group took selfmade modifiedBaiZhuXiaoPidecoction. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.3%, higher than 90.0% of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). There was no difference between both groups in clinical symptom scales be-fore treating, the scales were decreased evidently after treating (P<0.05), the difference between both groups was significant (P<0.05). No difference was existed between both groups before treating in the contents of MOT and SS, after treating, MOT contents were improved notably (P<0.05), SS contents was lowered evidently (P<0.05), the difference was notable between both groups (P<0.05). No difference was existed between both groups before treat-ing in gastric emptying rate and propelling force of small intestine, and they were raised after treating significantly, the difference was remarkable (P<0.05). Conclusion: ModifiedBaiZhuXiaoPiprescription could improve clinical effects and accelerate the recovery of the patients in the treatment for functional dyspepsia, the mechanism might be related to regulating the contents of MOT and SS, therefore to improve gastrointestinal motility.%目的:探讨白术消痞方加减对功能性消化不良胃肠激素及胃肠动力的影响。方法:将功能性消化不良患者120例根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各60例,对照组予胃复春治疗,治疗组予自拟白术消痞方加减治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为98.3%和90.0%,组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。2组治疗前临床症状评分比较无明显差异,治疗后明显下降(P<0.05),同时组间比较差异明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗前MOT与SS含量比较无明显差异,治疗后MOT含量明显上升(P<0.05),SS含量明显下降(P<0.05),组间比较差异明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗前胃排空率与小肠推进力比较无明显差异,治疗后明显上升,组间比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:白术消痞方加减治疗功能性消化不良能有效提高临床疗效,加快患者机体恢复,其作用的发挥可能与调节胃肠激素MOT与SS含量有关,从而改善胃肠动力。
