溃平宁胃内漂浮片的制备工艺研究

摘要

目的：以溃平宁提取物为模型药物，应用HPMC、十八醇、PEG、MCC为核心辅料，筛选出优化的胃内漂浮片的制备工艺，并探讨中药在胃滞留漂浮型缓控释制剂中的应用。方法：采用均匀设计法，以漂浮性能和释放度作为考察指标，对处方进行优化。结果：优化处方为溃平宁提取物∶A(混合辅料，由HPMCK-4M和HPM-CK-100M组成，各占50%)∶PEG6000∶MCC∶十八醇为100∶17∶10.12∶5∶22。结论：该制剂具有良好的漂浮性能和缓释效果。%Objective:To screen the preparation of optimum gastric floating tablets by taking KuiPingNing ex-tract as the model and HPMC, octadecanol, PEG, MCC as core materials, at the same time to discuss the application of herbs to controlled release preparation remained floating in stomach. Methods:Homogeneous design was adopted to optimize the formulation by taking floatability and release rate as the factors. Results:Optimal formulation was KuiPingNing extract:A (the mixed adjuvant materials, containing HPMCK-4M and HPMCK-100M, 50%respectively):PEG 6 000: octadecanol (100: 17: 10.12: 5: 22). Conclusion: The formulation shows good floatability and con-trolled-release effect.
