直肠癌手术床尾器械台放置方法改进体会

摘要

目的:探讨直肠癌手术中器械台摆放的改进方法.方法:以167例直肠癌手术患者为研究对象,通过优化器械护士的站位,调整手术器械托盘的放置位置,合理布局器械车等方式配合医生顺利完成手术,观察手术医生对改进后术中器械传递器械准确性、传递器械及时性、手术视野暴露情况的满意率.结果:医生对器械台摆放改进后术中器械传递器械准确性、传递器械及时性、手术视野暴露情况的满意率分别为98.8％、98.2％、98.2％.结论:直肠癌手术中器械台位置的改进能使器械护士有效地配合手术,提高手术医生的满意率.%Objective:To explore the improvement methods of instrument table placement in the end of bed in laparoscopic colorectal-carcinoma surgery (LCS).Methods:167 patients with LCS were regarded as study object,surgery was completed smoothly by optimizing position of instrument nurses,regulating placement position of surgical instrument tray,arranging instrunent carriage properly.The satisfactory rate of instrument transfer,instrument accuracy,promptness,surgical vision exposure condition during operation after improvement were observed.Results:Doctor's satisfactory rate of instrument transfer,instrument accuracy,promptness,surgical vision exposure condition were 98.8％,98.2％ and 98.2％ respectively.Conclusion:Improvement of placement of instrument table in the end of bed in LCS can help surgery effectively,improve the satisfactory rate of surgical doctor.
