甘肃不同产地冬虫夏草品质特征研究

摘要

Objective: To study the quality characteristics of DongChong XiaCao [Cordyceps sinensis(berk)sacc] from different origins in Gansu province. Methods: Based on DongChong XiaCao from Gansu province (Tianzhu, Jishishan,Maqu,Gahai and Xiahe) and Qinghai province (Tongren), HPLC and colorimetry methods were used to determine the active components content of main. Results:DongChong XiaCao from Gansu province are smaller [(0.1044±0.005)~(0.1904±0.009)g/plant]. There are no significant content differences of adenosine and mannitol in DongChong XiaCao from different origins, and the contents respectively are(0.320±0.088)~(0.613±0.076) mg/g and (1.66±0.09)~(2.23±0.07) mg/g; the differences of the purine content are significant, and the content is higher in Jishishan and Maqu; the highest content of polysaccharides in DongChong XiaCao are the samples from Tianzhu and Jishishan, and the lowest content is from Tongren; the highest content of ergosterin is the sample fromTongren, but there are no significant differences from the samples from Tianzhu and Xiahe. Conclusion: The different DongChong XiaCao from Gansu province are smaller, there are no big differences of the main content of active components from DongChong XiaCao whose origin isQinghaiprovince, and they are of high qualities.%目的:了解甘肃产冬虫夏草的品质特征.方法:以甘肃(天祝、积石山、玛曲、尕海和夏河)和青海(同仁)产冬虫夏草为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)和比色法测定其主要有效成分含量.结果:甘肃产冬虫夏草个体较小[(0.1044±0.005)~(0.1904±0.009)g/株].各产地冬虫夏草腺苷和甘露醇含量差异不明显,分别为(0.320±0.088)~(0.613±0.076)mg/g和(1.66±0.09)~(2.23±0.07)mg/g;嘌呤含量差异显著,积石山和玛曲的含量较高;虫草多糖含量最高的是天祝和积石山的样品,同仁最低;麦角甾醇含量以同仁产的最高,但与天祝和夏河产冬虫夏草的差异不明显.结论:甘肃各产地冬虫夏草个体较小,主要有效成分含量与青海产虫草差异不大,具有较高的品质.
