穴位贴敷联合中药辨证治疗对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫及微量元素的影响

Objective: To observe the influence of acupoint application combined with syndrome differentia-tion and herbs on the immunity and trace elements of the children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI). Methods: On the foundation of syndrome differentiation, all 180 children were randomized into three groups: the group of acupoint application combined withBuFeiGuBenmixture (A), the group of acupoint application combined withBuFeiYiShoumixture(B) and the control group of Pidotimod (C). The changes of trace elements and im-munoglobulin of the children were observed before and after treating. Results: The comparison of IgG between be-fore and after treating in the group A and B showed significant difference (P<0.05), the comparison of IgG between before and after treating in the group C had no difference (P>0.05). The comparison of IgA and IgM between before and after treating within three groups had no difference (P>0.05). The comparison of IgG among the group A, B and C after treating had significant difference(P<0.05), the comparison of IgA and IgM had no difference(P>0.05). The comparison of CD4+ and CD8+ had significant difference between before and after treating in the group A and B (P<0.05), the comparison of CD4+ and CD8+ had no difference between before and after treating in the group C (P>0.05). The comparison of CD4+ and CD8+ had significant difference when the group A and B were compared with C(P<0.05). The changes was insignificant in the comparison of calcium element between before and after treating among three groups(P>0.05), the comparison of the contents of iron and zinc between before and after treating in the group A and B had significant difference (P<0.05). It showed significant difference when the group A and B were compared with the group C in the contents of iron and zinc after treating (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acu-point application combined with syndrome differentiation and herbs in treating the children with RRTI could notably raise the immunity and improve trace elements.%目的：观察穴位贴敷联合中药辨证治疗对反复呼吸道感染患儿血清免疫球蛋白及微量元素的影响。方法：将反复呼吸道感染患儿180例在辨证的基础上分为3组，穴位贴敷联合补肺固本合剂组（A），穴位贴敷联合补肺益寿合剂组（B），匹多莫德对照组（C）。观察治疗前后患儿血清免疫球蛋白及微量元素变化情况。结果：A、B组治疗前后IgG组内比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），C组治疗前后IgG组内比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。3组IgA、IgM治疗前后组内比较无差异（P＞0.05）。治疗后A、B组与C组IgG比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），IgA、IgM无差异（P＞0.05）。 A、B组治疗前后CD4+、CD8+组内比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），C组治疗前后CD4+、CD8+组内比较无差异（P＞0.05）。治疗后CD4+、CD8+水平A、B组与C组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。钙元素治疗前后3组变化不明显（P＞0.05），铁、锌含量治疗前后A、B组组内比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后铁、锌含量A、B组与C组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：穴位贴敷联合中药辨证治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染可明显提高患儿免疫力，改善血清微量元素水平。
