静电对合成革制造的危害及治理

摘要

The development course of synthetic leather industry is described, the production process of dry-method process and post treatment process in synthetic leather are analyzed, and then the causes and great harmfulness of static electricity in the production process are found. Finally the methods such as in-creasing air humidity and installing static eliminator are given to control the generation of static electricity and ensure the security environment in the production process and leather product quality.%　　简述合成革行业的发展历程，通过分析合成革中干法工艺以及合成革后段处理的生产工艺，了解了生产过程中静电产生的原因及巨大危害，并通过增加空气湿度和加装静电消除器等办法，治理静电危害，确保生产过程中的安全环境及产品质量。
