[Purpose/Meaning]Under globalization, understanding the connotation and influence mechanism of reindustrialization in developed countries is of great value to the sustainable development of our manufacturing industry. [Method/Process] By using inductive deduction, comparative analysis and other research methods, this paper studies the connotation of reindustrialization in developed countries, the mechanism that influences the transformation and upgrading of our manufacturing industry, and some countermeasures that may help our country. [Result/Conclusion] Reindustrialization in developed countries aims to promote industrial intelligent transformation and upgrading. It emphasizes that intellectual sharing need to be achieved through the division of knowledge, and the sharing of knowledge and mind, which will promote intelligent manufacturing, and acquire the global strategic initiative in the future. It forms a mechanism from the supply side, the demand side, the international division of labor and the international power. Such a mechanism will have an important impact on the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.
