我国互联网金融发展及监管研究

摘要

互联网金融的迅速发展对传统金融业形成了有益补充，但同时也对金融监管提出了更高的要求。本文从分析我国互联网金融的发展现状与风险挑战入手，总结借鉴发达国家互联网金融的发展与监管经验，就加强我国互联网金融监管提出相关政策建议。%The rapid development of the internet finance has formed a useful supplement to traditional financial industry, but also puts forward higher requirement to financial supervision and regulation. Based on the analysis on the current development situation and risk and challenge of the internet finance, the paper summarizes and learns from the experiences of the development and regulation of the internet finance in developed countries, and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations on strengthening the regulation on the internet finance in China.
