欠发达地区落实惠农补贴政策的调查与思考--以甘肃省庆城县为例

摘要

本文对庆城县近年实施的惠农补贴政策效果进行梳理，认为在政策实施过程中存在着补贴项目繁多、补贴涉及面广、审核难度大、补贴程序繁琐、运行成本高等问题，在此基础上提出了改善落实惠农补贴政策的建议。%The paper summarizes implementation effects of subsidy policies to benefit agriculture, rural areas and farmers in recent years, thinks that there exist some problems like that the subsidy items are various, the range is broad, the examination is difficult, the program is cockamamie and the running cost is high. On the above analysis, the paper puts forward the suggestions on improving im-plementing subsidy policies to benefit agriculture, rural areas and farmers.
