The Pig Industry Association set up in Ankang city in Shaanxi province is an in-dustry union which combines the credit, leading enterprises and large-scale farms. By means of the association, the industrial capital is put into the industry chain, which effectively solves the difficulties in financing, shares the risks and benefits, drives the development of the upstream and downstream enterprises of the pig industry, helps the local workers out of poverty and forms the scale effect.
