印度开放个人境外投资的经验及启示

摘要

开放个人境外投资是我国实现人民币资本项目可兑换的一个关键节点与难点。文章考察了印度开放个人境外投资的历程，介绍了相关法律规定，分析了其个人境外投资管理体系的特点。在此基础上，提出了我国开放个人境外投资政策的建议。%Lifting the restriction on individual overseas investment is a key to realizing RMB capital account convertibility in Chi-na. The paper examines the history of India’s lifting the restriction on individual overseas investment, introduces relevant laws and regulations, and analyses the characteristics of Indian individual overseas investment management system. On this basis, the paper puts forward policy suggestions on lifting the restriction on individual overseas investment in China.
