跨境资金流动风险评估与比较研究

摘要

本文从跨境资金流动的角度出发，对2005年汇改以来我国跨境资金流动的主要特征进行了分析，并对我国跨境资金流出风险进行了整体评估。通过比较典型国际收支危机国家面对资金大规模流出时采取的资本管制措施与效果，提出了加强我国跨境资金流动风险管理的对策和建议。%From the perspective of cross-border capital flows, the paper analyzes the main characteristics of cross-border capital flows in China since the reform of foreign exchange in 2005, and assesses the risk of cross-border capital outflows. By comparing capi-tal controls measures and effects of those countries with typical international balance of payments crisis when facing the large-scale capital outflow, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening cross-border capital flow risk management of China.
