带电缆防烧装置高能气体压裂串

         

摘要

The high energy gas fracturing often seriously burn through the cable. The cable upward movement will lead to cable knots, perforator blacked and dropout. The high energy gas fracturing string is composed of cable joints, fire prevention device, an ignition structure, sandwich structure and fracturing bullet. The fracturing string uses anti-burning rod component, which stops the high temperature and pressure gas, generated by fracturing bombs, from burning through the cable. Electric detonator or electric ignition wire adopts a circular rod end and the spring pressing connection to ensure the safe and reliable connection; the interlayer section adopts the core tube ignition structure to overcome many disadvantages of multilayer fracturing; the fracturing bullet ignites the main charge with high temperature gas through the link structure, thus maintaining the peak pressure duration and realizing secondary recovery. The string is simple in structure, easy in processing; the ignition device is safe and reliable, and ignition rate is completely successful. 45 fracturing perforations in 12 wells show that the string is practical and effective.%高能气体压裂普遍存在着严重烧蚀电缆的问题;电缆上窜会造成电缆打结、掉弹、卡弹等事故的发生.介绍的带电缆防烧装置的高能气体压裂串由电缆接头、防烧装置、点火结构、夹层结构和压裂弹构成.压裂串采用防烧杆组件,很好地解决了压裂弹燃烧时产生的高温、高压气体对电缆的严重烧蚀问题;电雷管或者电点火头的导线采用圆形芯棒的端面与弹簧压紧连接,保证了连接的安全可靠;在夹层段采用芯管传火结构,克服了多层多次下井压裂的缺点;避免井下落物发生,减少输送电缆损耗;压裂弹利用点燃主装药的高温燃气通过联通结构,维持峰值压力的持续时间,实现了二次增效.点火结构可靠、安全,点火成功率可达100%.带电缆防烧装置高能气体压裂串先后在呼和诺仁油田、苏德尔特油田、贝16断块等3个区块油田完成了共计12口井45井次的现场试验,取得了良好的效果.
