激光焊机保护气压力非线性补偿模糊PID控制

摘要

在激光焊接过程中,保护气压力控制对焊接质量有着重要的影响.为了精确控制小流量时的保护气体压力,本文提出了保护气压力非线性补偿模糊PID控制的控制方法.该方法在PCS7平台基础上实现,通过SIMULINK仿真软件进行了控制器的参数整定和控制效果仿真.仿真试验结果证实,本控制方法可以使压力输出快速达到设定值,缩短调整时间,达到了较高的控制精度,实现了良好的压力控制效果在实际焊接应用中得到了质量良好的焊缝.%During the laser welding, the shielding gas pressure control plays an important role in laser welding rnquality. In order to accurately control the gas pressure with small flow, a fuzzy PID control method with nonlinear rncompensation is proposed. Then the method is realized by using the process control system platform (PCS7) . The rnsimulation and experiment results show that the presented control method can drive the output of nitrogen pressure to rnreach to the set-value rapidly, shorten the adjustment time, and achieve good accuracy in pressure control. In the rnpractical application of the control method, high quality weld is also obtained.
