5A06铝合金薄板VPPA焊接工艺研究

             

摘要

通过对2.8 mm厚的5A06铝合金变极性等离子焊接穿孔工艺研究,获得了薄板铝合金VPPA优化的焊接工艺参数.焊缝外观成形良好,X射线无损检测表明,VPPA接头无气孔等缺陷.金相试验表明,焊缝区显微组织晶粒纤细,组织均匀.变极性等离子弧焊接头常温抗拉强度在370~ 375 MPa之间,断后伸长率平均值为9.7%,其接头强度系数接近达到98.7%,接头未出现软化,为等强匹配焊接接头.%By studying the VPPA (variable polarity plasma arc) keyhole welding of 5A06 aluminium alloy plate of 2.8 mm in thickness, the optimized VPPA welding parameters were obtained. The weld has good appearance and X-ray NDT indicated there are not pores in weld. Microstructure in weld is uniform. The tensile strength of the joint at room temperature can reach 370 ~ 375 MPa, and the average elongation is 9.7% , and the strength coefficient can reach 0.987, and the equal strength matched welded joint can be obtained.
