采用6种不同的装卡方式,开展了3.2 mm厚2024-T3铝合金板搅拌摩擦连接的试验研究,利用切割释放法对试件连接部位进行了上下表面纵向残余应力的测量,并对其分布规律进行了分析研究.结果表明,在没有施加侧顶力时连接接头上表面的残余应力峰值明显高于正常连接,差值约为50 MPa;随着压板距接缝中心距离的增加,残余应力峰值也会逐渐增加;单独增加前进侧压板或后退侧压板距接缝中心的距离,后退侧的残余应力峰值都会明显地提高,与前进侧的差值也得以减小,但采用后者效果更加显著.%FSJ (friction stir joining) experiments were carried out in 6 clamping ways on 2024 - T3 aluminum alloy plate with 3. 2 mm in thickness, where the longitudinal residual stresses in the top and back surfaces near the joints were measured by using of cutting - release method. The results show that the peak value of the residual stress without horizontal clamping is always higher than that with horizontal clamping , and the difference between them is about 50 MPa. To the extent possible, the peak value of the residual stresses will increase with the distance between the vertical clamps and the joining line being increased. By increasing the distance between the joining line and the vertical clamps in the advancing side or in the retreating side, the peak value in the retreating side will be increased dramatically, and the difference will be decrease, but the latter is more obvious.
