From the structure of plane machine , this article analysis someproblems existing in the edge planing process, and points out the reason of the dents caused by plane and cutting , and also gives out the related improving Methods.%从刨边机结构入手，分析了刨边过程中存在的几个问题，指出了切屑造成钢管压坑的原因，并提出了相应的改进措施。
