低温条件下管道外涂层的性能研究

         

摘要

石油和天然气行业中,管道过度阴极保护的危害非常大.在环境温度下,过度保护可能会导致外部涂层的阴极剥离.对低温条件下管道的阴极剥离和阴极过度保护之间的关系进行了研究,试验表明,阴极保护电流的增加可以加速涂层的阴极剥离;对于自腐蚀电位条件下,低温环境管道涂层阴极剥离相对较小;盐溶液中产生的阴极剥离大于土壤泥浆的测试结果;冷冻/解冻循环相对于单纯的冷冻更能加剧管道的阴极剥离.%In oil and gas industry, the damage of excessive cathodic protection to pipeline is very great, and it can cause cathodic disbondment of external coating at room temperature. In this article, the relationship between cathodic disbondment and excessive cathodic protection at low temperature were studied, the result showed that increasing cathodic protection current can accelerate cathodic disbondment; cathodic disbondment result of pipeline coating is relative low at low temperature and under self-corrosion electric potential; the value of cathodic disbondment in salt solution is higher than that in soil; freeze or thaw circle can aggravate pipeline cathodic disbondment.
