摘要

During SAWL pipe production procedure, the dust on pipe inside surface,rust and other impurities directly affect welding quality of the inside weld. As a auxiliary equipment before inside welding in SAWL production line, the dust removing device for pipe inside wall play an important role to improve SAWL welding quality. In this article, it introduced a new kind of self-rotary dust removing device for steel pipe inside wall, which utilize compressed air, an adjustable nozzle purging force and reaction force to form self rotating and purging, and receive overall removing dust , rust and impurities.%直缝埋弧焊管生产过程中,钢管内壁的尘土和浮锈等杂质直接影响内焊缝的焊接质量,内壁除尘装置作为直缝埋弧焊管生产线上内焊前的辅助设备,对提高直缝埋弧焊管的焊接质量起到重要作用.介绍了一种新型的自旋式钢管内壁除尘装置,通过利用压缩空气以及可调喷嘴的吹扫力和反作用力,形成吹扫装置的自行旋转吹扫,达到钢管内壁的全方位、全覆盖面的吹扫、除尘、除锈作用,并通过吸尘装置达到钢管内壁的杂质清除.
