焊接接头性能不均匀性对焊缝裂纹尖端J积分的影响

摘要

采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,研究了焊缝强度匹配和焊缝宽度对含有复合缺陷裂纹尖端J积分的影响.结果表明,当内压小于临界压力时,裂纹尖端J积分随着匹配系数没有明显的变化;当内压大于临界值时,裂纹尖端J积分的值为高匹配最小,低匹配最大.低匹配时,裂纹尖端J积分的值随焊缝宽度的增加而增加;等匹配时,裂纹尖端J积分的值不随焊缝宽度变化;高匹配时,裂纹尖端J积分的值随焊缝宽度的增加而减小.%Adopting ANSYS finite element analysis software to study the influence of weld strength matching and weld width on J integral at complex defect crack tip. The result showed when the pressure is lower than that of critical pressure, J integral of crack top does not change obviously; when the internal pressure is higher than that of critical value, the high matching is the minimum and the low matching is the largest for / integral values. The J integral value increases with the weld width increasing in low matching; the /integral value does not change with the weld width in equal matching; and the J integral value reduces with the weld width increasing in high matching.
