钢管行业'十二五'发展规划纲要(草案)

摘要

根据国家产业政策和中国钢铁工业总体发展规划,中国钢结构协会组织行业内主要钢管企业和有关专家编制了钢管行业"十二五"发展规划纲要.纲要回顾了"十一五"时期我国钢管行业发展状况,以及钢管行业为我国国民经济发展做出的重要贡献,指出了我国钢管行业发展存在的主要问题和矛盾.分析了"十二五"时期钢管行业面临的国内外形势,提出了钢管行业"十二五"发展规划的指导思想、基本原则及主要目标和"十二五"时期钢管行业的主要任务.%According to China national industry policy and general development programming of China steel industry,China Steel Construction Society organized the main steel pipe enterprises and relevant experts to draw up the twelfth five-year development programming compendium for steel pipe industry. In this article, it reviewed development status of China steel pipe industry during the eleventh five-year period, also introduced the significant contribution to China national economy from steel pipe industry. It pointed out the main problems and conflicts existence in China steel pipe industry, analyzed situations from at home and abroad steel pipe industry, and put forward guide idea, basic principle,main goal and main task of China steel pipe industry during the twelfth five-year period.
