The serious rust problem existed in steel coil during SAWH pipe unit production, it analyzed caused reason to steel coil rust, and pointed out that the corrosive coil will greatly affect welded pipe production, it can increase defect rate of gas pocket and break arc, hereinto the gas pocket defect rate is 9 times more than that of new steel coil, and break arc defect rate is 2.4 times of new coil. After comparing several kinds of blasting methods, the on-line blasting project was put forward aim at rust characteristics of steel coil. Meanwhile, it analyzed existed problems and suggested SAWH pipe manufacturers use shot polishing system.%针对螺旋缝埋弧焊管机组生产中钢卷锈蚀较严重的问题,分析了钢卷锈蚀生成的原因.指出钢卷锈蚀会不同程度地增加焊管的气孔缺陷率和断弧缺陷率,其中气孔缺陷率是新卷的9倍多,断弧缺陷率是使用新卷的2.4倍.在对几种除锈方式进行了对比之后.针对钢卷锈蚀特点提出了在线抛丸除锈方案,同时,分析了方案实施中存在的问题,建议螺旋焊管生产企业使用抛丸除锈系统.
