宝山钢铁股份有限公司从炼钢、厚板轧制到UOE制管,成功试制了X80级外径1219mm的UOE焊管,壁厚分别为18.4 mm,22.0 mm,26.4 mm和27.5 mm.介绍了批量应用于西气东输二线的X80 UOE焊管的力学性能、焊接性能和几何尺寸.结果表明,开发的X80焊管具有高强度、高韧性、良好的焊接性能和几何尺寸,管体焊接热影响区和焊缝金属在-10℃的冲击功分别超过240J,179J和130J,钢管椭圆度＜0.6％D,焊缝高度≤2.5 mm.生产的32.2万t X80大直径UOE焊管已成功应用于西气东输二线天然气管道输送工程.%The X80 1 219mmx(18.4mm, 22.0mm, 26.4mm, 27.5 mm) UOE welded pipe were trial produced successfully in Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., heavy plate rolling to UOE pipe manufactured this article, it introduced mechanical performane, welding property and physical dimension of X80 UOE welded pipe used in the Second West-east Gas Pipeline Project The result indicated that the developed X80 welded pipe has high strength, high htoughness, good weldability and geometry. The Charpy impact energy at -lOt of the pipe body, HAZ and welding metal are more than 240 J, 179 J and 130J, respectively. The out of roundness of steel pipe is less than O.ffld) and the weld height is not more than 2.5 mm. 322,000 tons of X80 large diameter UOE pipes produced at Baosteel have been applied to the 2nd West-east Gas Transmission Pipeline Project in China successfully.
