含埋藏裂纹缺陷X80长输管线的安全评定

摘要

应用GB/T 19624-2004对含埋藏裂纹缺陷的长输管线进行安全评定,评定过程中选取了4种不同壁厚的X80管段进行简化评定,绘制出了失效评定图并给出了容限裂纹尺寸.基于GB/T 19624-2004中的简化评定,开发出了含埋藏裂纹缺陷的长输管线安全评定系统,该软件减少了安全评定过程中计算的工作量,提高了长输管线的安全评定工作效率,降低了评定的难度.%In this article, it adopted GB/T 19624-2004 to cany out the safety assessment for X80 long-distance transpo rtation pipeline, selected 4 kinds of X80 pipeline with different thickness for simplifying assessment, drew the failure assessment diagram and gave out the tolerance of crack size. Based on the simplifying assessment of GB/T 19624-2004, the safety assessment system for long-distance transportation pipeline with hidden crack defect was developed, the software reduced the workload of calculation, improved work efficiency and lowered assessment difficulties.
