对SY/T 0315—2013和SY/T 0315—2005标准在检验机构资质、检验项目、性能指标要求等方面进行了对比。对比结果表明， SY/T 0315—2013要求涂料及涂层质量的确认和工艺性试验由具有资质的第三方检验机构完成，原材料环氧粉末取样检验次数提高了67％，增加了灰尘度等级、玻璃化转变温度变化值、28 d附着力和阴极剥离检测项目，调整了24 h和28 d阴极剥离试验条件和性能指标。提出了在SY/T 0315—2013标准执行过程中应采取的措施和注意事项。%In this article, two standards of SY/T 0315—2013 and SY/T 0315—2005 were compared from inspection organization qualification, inspection items, performance requirements, etc. The results indicated that in SY/T 0315—2013 standard, it requires coating, coating quality qualification and technology test should be done by the third party inspection organization with qualification. The epoxy powder sampling inspection number was increased by 67%. It increased some inspection items, such as the degree of dust level, glass transition temperature values, 28 d adhesive and cathodic disbondment test. The cathodic disbondment test conditions and performance indicators of 24 h and 28 d were adjusted. Some measures and precautions were put forward during SY/T 0315—2013 standard executing process.
