D500钢激光焊接数值模拟

         

摘要

基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,以5 mm厚D500钢为研究对象,采用均匀分布的柱体热源与椭球热源组合的方法,建立激光焊接热源模型,对D500钢激光焊接温度场及应力场进行模拟计算,并与试验所得焊缝形状及焊后残余应力进行比较分析。结果表明,数值模拟结果与试验结果比较吻合,证明该热源模型具有一定的适用性。%Based on ANSYS finite element analysis software, with 5 mm thickness D500 steel as the research object, it adopted equally distributed cylinder heat source and ellipsoid-cylinder hybrid heat source to build source model of laser welding. For D500 steel laser welding temperature field and stress field simulation calculation were conducted, and compared the calculation result with weld shape obtained from test and residual stress after welding. The results indicated that the numerical simulation result is consistent with the test results;showed that the heat source model has certain applicability.
