一种JCO成型模具压下量的计算方法

         

摘要

In this article, it briefly introduced JCO forming process of large diameter longitudinal welded pipe used for transportation of oil and gas. It pointed out the grasp of JCO forming technology in China is still insufficient, especially when determinate the reduction amount, the key process parameter of JCO forming, still need to carry out artificial adjustment relying on workers production experience, it is not conducive to the improvement of production efficiency and welded pipe quality. It put forward a mould reduction amount calculation method of JCO forming based on radial basis response surface methodology, and the reliability prediction was verified through finite element analysis and experimental comparison analysis. Research result has important significance to further promote the development of JCO forming technology in China.%简要介绍了石油天然气输送用大型直缝焊管JCO成型的工艺过程,指出我国对JCO成型技术的掌握尚有不足,特别是在成型关键工艺参数模具压下量的确定时,仍然依靠工人生产经验进行人为调整,不利于生产效率和焊管质量的提高。提出一种基于径向基函数响应面法预测JCO成型模具压下量的计算方法,并分别通过有限元分析和试验对比分析,验证了该预测方法的可靠性。研究成果对于进一步推动我国JCO成型技术的发展有一定的指导价值。
