为了成功研制X90级Φ1219 mm×26.4 mm高强钢热煨弯管,对X90母管原材料进行了分析,采用不同加热方式进行了弯管试制、力学性能检测及显微组织对比分析,对两种加热制作方式下X90热煨弯管组织及性能进行了研究,优化选取了全程加热方式,加热温度1000℃,回火温度560℃的制造工艺,试制弯管组织性能达到最优状态,且符合API SPEC 5L—2009及SY/T 5257—2012标准要求。%In order to successfully develop X90 Φ1 219 mm×26.4 mm high strength steel hot bending bends, it analyzed the raw material of X90 main pipe. The trial-manufacture of hot bending bends, mechanical properties test and microstructure contrastive analysis were carried out by adopting different heating methods, the microstructure and properties of X90 hot bending bends produced by two heating methods were studied. The entire heating method(1 000℃heating temperature, 560℃tempering temperature) was optimum selection. The microstructure performance of trial-manufacture hot bending bends achieved the optimal state, and accorded with API SPEC 5L—2009 and SY/T 5257—2012 standard requirement.
