GB/T 10561—2005与ASTM E45—2013对钢中非金属夹杂物评定的异同

摘要

In order to better utilize the relevant standards to evaluate non-metallic inclusions in steel, the contents of GB/T 10561—2005 and ASTM E45—2013 were compared, including the scope of application, detection methods, inclusion basic classification and so on, it analyzed the differences between two standards. The result showed that the applicable scope of the ASTM E45—2013 is slightly wider, and the detection methods are more; a DS class is included in GB/T 10561—2005 standard non-metallic inclusion classifications, and need use letters to express thick and super-size inclusions. Therefore attention must be paid to the application of these two standards.%为了能更好地应用相关标准来评价钢中的非金属夹杂物,对国家标准GB/T 10561—2005和美国标准ASTM E45—2013内容进行了对比,通过比较适用范围、 包含的检测方法、 夹杂物基本分类等解读了两个标准之间的差异.分析结果表明,ASTM E45—2013的适用范围略宽,包含的检测方法较多,而GB/T 10561—2005定义的非金属夹杂物的基本类型多出一项DS类,并需要用字母表示粗系和超尺寸夹杂物.因此应用这两项标准时应予以注意.
