HFW焊管焊缝熔合线宽度的控制

             

摘要

In order to reasonably control the weld fusion line width of HFW pipe, increase the welding quality of welded pipe products, taking some specification three steel grade (B/X52/X60) HFW pipe as example, the weld properties were detected according to the relative requirements of API SPEC 5L and GB/T 9711. The results showed that HFW weld fusion line width reduce with pipeline steel carbon content reducing;for welded line pipe, the fusion line size (fn) of weld central section in the range of 0.02~0.08 mm, f0/fn is in the range of 1.9~2.3, It is helpful to prevent the harmful welding caused by the insufficient heating, and also helpful to the normal discharge of the oxide, so as to guarantee the quality of HFW welded pipe products.%为了合理地控制HFW焊管焊缝熔合线的宽度,提高焊管产品的焊接质量,以某规格3个钢级(B/X52/X60)高频焊管为例,按照API SPEC 5L及GB/T 9711的相关要求对焊缝性能进行了检测,分析了焊管母材化学成分对焊缝熔合线宽度及产品性能的影响.结果表明,HFW焊缝熔合线宽度随管线钢含C量下降而减小;对于焊接管线管,中部熔合线尺寸fn=0.02~0.08 mm,f0/fn=1.9~2.3,有利于预防加热不充分导致的不良焊接,也利于氧化物正常排出,从而保证HFW焊管产品的质量.
