电子汽车衡称量误差分析

摘要

Along with the continuous development of Baosteel, through import and factory vehicle weighing and plant transit auto measure energy supply is also increases as the mass every year. Currently there are seven truck scales into the factory in use, and eight truck scales inside the factory. How these auto measure performance, whether the weighing error meet the legal requirements of measurement, is not only affects the material measurement data is accurate, but also will affect the customer of Baosteel metering management level evaluation. This paper mainly analysis of weighing error of electronic truck scale according to the verification project of electronic truck scale.%随着广东韶钢松山股份有限公司的不断发展，每年通过进出厂汽车衡和厂内中转汽车衡计量的能源物资也随着大量增加。目前在用进出厂汽车衡7台，厂内中转汽车衡8台，这些汽车衡计量性能如何，其称量误差是否满足法制计量的要求，不仅影响到本厂物资计量数据是否准确，也将会影响到客户对韶钢计量管理水平的评价。下面，本人主要根据电子汽车衡的检定项目来分析电子汽车衡的称量误差。
