CPR1000核电机组重要厂用水泵功率变化对应急柴油发电机负荷影响分析

     

摘要

Emergency diesel generators of nuclear power plant (NPP) are designed to provide power to emergency plant equipments with nuclear safety function in case of the failure of both off -site operating power and stand-by power.As the loads of emergency diesel generators constantly increased with the increase of CPR1000 nuclear power units, the calculated capacity of emergency diesel generators was very close to or even exceeded the maximum capacity of the current unit types, which caused much difficulty for the design and procurement work of the follow-up projects.The power of essential service water (SEC) pumps is an integral part of emergency diesel generator loads.Taking certain nuclear power project in Guangxi coastal area as an example, this thesis aimed to find out the reasons for load increasing and offer an optimizing and improving methods to decrease the load power of emergency diesel generators through analyzing several important factors affecting on the power of essential service water(SEC) pumps, such as the values of the design basis temperature of the final heat sink (T7), the design basis flood level of the sea areas around the plant site and the site elevation, and the pump lift as well as the auxiliary generator power.%核电厂应急柴油发电机组是在厂外工作电源和备用电源均失去的情况下,为具有核安全功能的应急厂用设备提供电能.随着CPR1000核电机组数量的日益增多,应急柴油发电机组加载负荷也不断增大,致使柴油发电机组计算容量已经非常接近甚至超过目前所能使用机型的极限容量,给后续项目的设计和采购工作造成了极大的困难.重要厂用水(SEC)泵的功率是应急柴油发电机组加载负荷的一部分,以广西某沿海地区核电工程项目为例,通过对最终热阱设计基准水温(T<,7>)的取值,厂址海域设计基准洪水位,厂坪标高的确定,水泵扬程及配套电机功率的选取等几方面因素对SEC泵电机功率的影响分析,找出增加加载负荷的原因,并提出优化和改进的方法,以降低应急柴油发电机组的功率负荷.
