青岛排水综合指挥应用系统的设计与应用

摘要

To improve the information management,service and work efficiency,monitory ca-pability on drainage system and enhance the city's ability to handle drainage emergency to secure the safety of city's drainage,the comprehensive drainage management system was set up on the ground of drainage service data bank and drainage management schedule.From the aspect of infor-mation,the comprehensive production and service management with full function was constructed. Through the working mode of “command-mobile end”,the working efficiency of field workers were improved,the time to handle emergency was reduced,and the service was also improved.%为提高青岛水务集团有限公司排水分公司的信息化管理水平，提升服务质量和工作效率，提高排水监测水平，强化城市排水应急处置能力，保障城市排水安全，以排水服务数据库为依托，以排水服务指挥调度为核心，构建了排水综合指挥应用系统。系统从信息化角度，实现了功能完备的生产服务调度综合管理，通过“指挥端—移动终端”的工作模式，提高了外业工作人员的工作效率，缩短了应急处置时间，提升了排水服务水平。
