建筑户内配水管布置方式对比测试与研究

         

摘要

减小建筑户内配水管道内水的停留时间,是降低或消除建筑户内配水管段对供水水质影响至关重要的措施之一.针对串连、链状、环状户内配管方式,通过模拟系统实测、分析,提出了环状配管阻力损失的理论计算方法;实测了相同工况下3种配管方式的阻力损失值;对比了3种配管方式洁具出流水中余氯、溶解氧的变化规律及配管内水流更新一次的时间.测试结果表明环状配管阻力损失最小,串连次之,链状阻力损失最大;环状、链状配管洁具出流余氯和溶解氧均比串连高;配管内水质全部更新一次所需时间环状最短,链状最长.从节能、节水、保障水质的角度考虑,户内环状配管为最优,链状配管适用于洁具少且布置紧凑的卫生间.%Reducing the water retention time of indoor distribution pipelines is one of the most important measures to reduce or eliminate the impact of indoor distribution pipe sections on water quality.In this paper,a theoretical method for calculating head loss in ring piping system was proposed through measuring and analysing serial,chain and ring indoor piping systems in a simulation platform.Head loss of three kinds of piping system under the same conditions was measured.Residual chlorine in the outlet,dissolved oxygen changes and interval of water replenishment in the pipes of the three kinds of piping system were compared.The results showed that the head loss of the ring system was the smallest,followed by the serial system;while the head loss of chain system was the largest.Both the ring and chain systems had higher residual chlorine and dissolved oxygen in the outlet than the serial system.The interval of fresh water replenishment was shortest in the ring system,while it was longest in the chain system.In general,the indoor ring water distribution system is the best option in terms of energy saving,water conservation and water quality protection.Chain pipe is only suitable for compact bathrooms with few sanitary wares.
