多晶硅微粉加工生产废水处理工艺改进的应用研究

         

摘要

氨氮浓度高、氟含量高、可生化性差、废水成分复杂是多晶硅微粉加工废水的水质特点,也是治理的难点.研发设计了一套高效物理-化学法组合新工艺,并在郑州某微粉有限公司进行了实践.设计废水处理量为2 000 m3/d,进水COD为8 000 mg/L、BOD5为700 mg/L,氟化物为1 000mg/L,通过调整各个构筑物的工艺设计参数,使得出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)二级标准且处理效果稳定.%High concentration of ammonia nitrogen,high fluoride content,poor biodegradability,and complex wastewater composition are the characteristics of the wastewater from the production of polycrystalline silicon powder,which leads to the difficulty inits treatment.We developed and designed a new treatment technology with combined physical and chemical methods,and tested it at a factory in Zhengzhou city.The volume of design wastewater was 2 000 m3/d,the influent COD,BOD5 and fluoride concentrations were 8 000 mg/L,700 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L respectively.By adjusting the operational parameters of each treatment unit,the effluent quality met the secondary standard of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996) and the treatment performance was stable.
