水量水质系统控制的流域水系连通方案

         

摘要

A case study was conducted in the Datiangang Basin in Linhai City.The comprehensive benefits of water quantity and quality, and the key factors, including the basin’ s terrain, the characteristics of sub-basins, the types of land use, and the population distribution were considered in the study.ArcGIS was used to analyze and calculate the key factors of rainstorm and water quality management in the basin, and the water system connectivity scheme was developed through runoff analysis in the Datiangang Basin of Linhai City.The MIKE11 model was used to build the runoff-hydrodynamic-water quality coupling model, and the optimal connectivity scheme based on the water quantity and quality control system was determined, in order to construct the rainstorm and flood safety and water quality safety pattern.The results show that the established one-dimensional coupled model has strong applicability in the Datiangang Basin, and the optimal scheme meets the requirements of flood drainage in the basin and enables the water quality compliance rate to exceed 90%.%以临海市大田港流域为例,统筹水量水质综合效益,根据流域地形、各子流域特性、土地利用类型及人口分布等关键因素,利用ArcGIS分析计算流域暴雨水及水质管理关键点,再通过径流分析梳理水系廊道,拟定水系连通方案,最后利用MIKE11构建降雨径流-水动力-水质耦合模型,确定基于水量水质系统控制的最优连通方案,进而构造雨洪安全及水质安全格局。结果表明:构建的一维耦合模型在大田港流域有较好的适用性;最优连通方案不仅使流域满足行洪排涝标准,而且也使断面水质达标率超过90%。
