大型风力发电机组基础结构配筋型式研究

     

摘要

A 3-D finite element model of the structure of the extended foundation for wind turbine-generator set is established, and then various foundation reinforcement patterns are analyzed in accordance with the complexity of wind load. Furthermore, the impacts from the patterns of the bi-directional orthogonal reinforcement, the diametral circular fabric reinforcement, etc. on the status of structure stress and displacement are studied by introducing the contact properties and the concrete material nonlinearity into the study along with the analysis on the degrees of the impacts from various loading effects; from which the law of the foundation stress and displacement is defined. The calculation result not only gives a reasonably designed and economic method for the arrangement of reinforcement for the foundation of wind turbine-generator set, but also provides a scientific basis for the design and optimization of the foundation.%建立了风机扩展式基础结构的三维有限元数值模型,结合风荷载的复杂性,对基础结构各种配筋方式进行计算分析.引入接触设置和混凝土材料非线性,研究了双向正交与径环向配筋等方式对结构受力和变位的影响,分析了不同荷载作用方式的影响程度,明确了基础结构受力和变位规律.计算结果提出了风机基础设计合理的、经济的配筋方法,为基础的设计和优化提供了科学依据.
