胶凝材料粒径分布及粉煤灰掺量对混凝土耐盐腐蚀能力影响的差异性分析

     

摘要

通过正交试验,测试了水泥粒径分布、粉煤灰粒径分布和粉煤灰掺量三因素三水平下的混凝土氯离子扩散系数.利用统计分析的方法,分析了各因素各水平对混凝土耐盐腐蚀能力的影响.结果表明粉煤灰掺量对混凝土耐盐腐蚀能力影响不显著,而水泥粒径分布和粉煤灰粒径分布影响显著.最后研究还得到了混凝土最佳的胶凝材料组合和粉煤灰掺量.%Trough orthogonal tests, the chloride diffusion coefficients of concrete impacted by the three factors and tree levels, I. E. Cement grain size distribution, flyash grain size distribution and the flyash content, are tested. Furthermore, the impacts from all the factors and levels mentioned above on the chloride-induced corrosion resistance of concrete are analyzed with the statistical analysis concerned. The results show that the impact from the flyash content on the chloride-induced corrosion resistance of concrete is not so obvious; nevertheless, the impacts from both the distribution of cement grain size and the distribution of flyash grain size are quite significant. Finally, the optimal mixing ratio of cementing materials and flyash content concrete are obtained from the study as well. '
