水中贾第鞭毛虫和隐孢子虫的检测

摘要

The Filta-Max Xpress filtration, washing water samples, immunomagnetic separation and immunofluoresence assay of Giadia and Crysytosoridium detection technology were used to detect the water samples of Shanghai Waterworks Shibei Co.. The results show that two kinds of protozoan in range of 2～9 cysts/20 L are detected in the raw water samples, but non of them are detected in finished and tap water samples.%该文对Film-Max Xpress压力淘洗装置过滤、淘洗水样、免疫磁分离及免疫荧光检验的两虫检测技术进行了研究,同时对上海市自来水市北公司下属制水企业的水源水、出厂水和龙头水进行了检测.结果表明源水中均有贾第鞭毛虫和隐孢子虫存在,范围为0～9个/20L,出厂水和龙头水中均未检出.
