改性和改型树脂对铅离子交换吸附特性

     

摘要

In order to test the modified and remodeled of SQD-67 ion exchange resin,by measuring specific surface area,scanning electron microscope photos of ion exchange resin under different modification,microcosmic reasons for the difference of ion exchange resin adsorption characteristics of lead ion exchange were discussed.Results showed that the effluent lead concentration was 100.188 rag/L,when flow rate was 15 BV/h and treatment volume was 215 BV,while 1 000 mg/L lead-containing wastewater was treated by SQD-67 ion exchange resin modified with sodium and 120 W UV for 4 hours,which could be used as a pretreatment for high concentration of leaded wastewater.Modified ion exchange resin electron microscopy scanning photo micro pore structure was good,specific surface area was 16.413 8 m2/g.Sodium changed and UV irradiation modified SQD-67 ion exchange resin had strong practical application value with the advantages of low cost and effectiveness in the treatment of wastewater containing lead.%对SQD-67离子交换树脂进行改性和改型试验,通过对不同改性、改型离子交换树脂比表面积及扫描电镜分析,探讨离子交换树脂对铅离子交换吸附特性差异的微观原因.结果表明:采用Na型、120 W紫外光改性4h的SQD-67离子交换树脂处理含铅1 000 mg/L模拟铅蓄电池厂废水,在流速为15 BV/h、处理体积为215 BV时,出水铅离子浓度为100.188 mg/L,可作为对高浓度含铅废水的预处理.改性离子交换树脂电镜扫描照片微观孔结构良好,比表面积达16.413 8 m2/g.改Na型紫外改性SQD-67离子交换树脂处理含铅废水具有成本低、效果好及较强的实际应用价值.
