厌氧消化污泥生物干化技术及其产物评价

         

摘要

研究了厌氧消化污泥的生物干化处理效果,进行了生物干化过程的热平衡计算,同时分析了生物干化产物特性及其资源化利用的可行性.将厌氧消化污泥与返混料和秸秆按一定比例混合后,经过18 d生物干化,物料含水率从63.1%降至40.3%,有机物含量从62.1%降至54.1%,堆体重量减少48.4%,减量化效果明显.水分蒸发消耗的热量占总热量的80%,有机物降解产生热量的利用效率较高.生物干化产物的有机质和养分含量较高,卫生状况良好,但EC值和种子发芽指数不满足我国园林绿化、农用和林地用的泥质要求,土地改良是较适宜的土地利用途径,也可进行焚烧、混合填埋或建材利用.%Biodrying effect of anaerobically digested sludge was investigated,and heat balancing during the process was calculated.The characteristics of products and its feasibility of resource utilization were analyzed.After 18 days of biodrying,moisture content of the matrix decreased from 63.1% to 40.3%.And volatile solid content decreased from 62.1% to 54.1% with a certain proportion of anaerobically digested sludge,backmixing sludge and straw.The weight (wet basis)reduction rate of the matrix was 48.4%,which showed a good reduction performance.The heat used for evaporation was 80% of the total heat consumption,indicating a high utilization efficiency of heat generated from organic degradation.The biodrying products had a high volatile solid and nutrient content,while electrical conductivity and seed germination index did not meet the requirements of sludge used in garden,agriculture and forest.Therefore,land improvement is a suitable approach of land application for the products,while incineration,co-landfilling and building material application are other alternatives.
