管网式反渗透膜(STRO)在零排放项目中的设计与应用

     

摘要

管网式反渗透膜(STRO)的开放式宽流道结构,使STRO具备了耐高CODCr的性能;而采用高压膜片,又使STRO具备浓缩高浓盐水性能.这使得STRO适用于化工零排放项目中的浓盐水提浓段,以减少蒸发结晶装置的规模.介绍了国内首个使用STRO的零排放案例,并从运行经济角度论证了其优越性.%Because of the open channel structure of spacer tube module,spacer tube reverse osmosis (STRO) has the property of high resistance to CODCr.And due to the use of high pressure films,it can also concentrate strong brine.Based on these two major properties,STRO is applied to concentrate brine in zero-discharge projects to decrease the device size of evaporation crystallization.The first domestic case of using STRO in zero discharge projects is introduced,and its superiority from an economic perspective is demonstrated.
