Modified activated carbon was used to remove microcystin algae toxins in water. Effect of activated carbon dosage, ultrasonic power,pH and initial concentration of algal toxins on absorption of microcystin algae toxins were studied. Results showed that when the pH value was 7,the dosage of the activated carbon was 130 mg,initial concentration of algal toxins was 0. 04 μg/mL ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power was 50 W,adsorption effect of microcyst in algae toxin was the best,and the adsorption rate could reach 96. 71%.%利用改性活性炭去除水体中微囊藻毒素,主要考察活性炭的用量、超声功率、pH以及微囊藻毒素的初始浓度对水体中微囊藻毒素吸附的影响。结果表明,当pH值为7、活性炭的用量为130 mg、微囊藻毒素的初始浓度为0.04μg/mL、超声功率为50 W时,改性活性炭对微囊藻毒素的吸附效果最好,吸附率可达96.71%。
