大型水厂工程项目后评估方法的建立与实践

摘要

大型水厂工程一般投资较大,建设周期较长,如何科学全面地评价净水厂工程项目的建设质量和效益是水务公司运营管理中的一大难题.为解决该难题,建立适用于大型水厂工程项目后评估的方法体系,并将其运用于某水厂建设的实际工程案例,全面分析和总结了该工程项目的建设合法性、工程质量、设备选择、运行管理和投资控制水平.%Due to the big investment and long construction period of project of water treatment plant (WTP),how to evaluate the construction quality and project benefit is a difficult problem for the water company operation.Therefore,a method for post-evaluation of constructed WTP is established in this article.It is used to evaluate an actual project case.Construction validity,project quality,equipment selection,operation management and investment control are systematically summarized and analyzed.
