溪洛渡水电站电力生产筹备工作实践

摘要

溪洛渡水电站是由中国长江三峡集团公司在金沙江下游投资建设的4座巨型梯级电站的第3级,中国长江电力股份有限公司作为三峡集团电力生产运营管理的主体,负责这4座电站的运行管理.根据三峡集团的统一部署和工程建设进度,长江电力适时启动了金沙江下游电站电厂的生产筹备工作,在生产组织体系设计、管理平台构建、员工队伍建设等方面进行探索并积累经验,为顺利接管溪洛渡电站、充分发挥工程综合效益奠定了坚实基础.%Xiluodu Hydropower Station is the third giant station of the four-cascade hydropower development in downstream of Jinsha River invested by China Three Gorges Corporation.The China Yangtze Power Co.,Ltd.,as the main body of power generation and management in Corporation,is responsible for the operation and management of these four power stations.According to the plan of Corporation,the generating preparation of these power stations are conducted by China Yangtze Power Co.,Ltd.,in which,the production organization system design,management platform establishment and staff capacity building are explored and some experiences are obtained.These practices laid a solid foundation for smoothly taking over Xiluodu Hydropower Station and fully playing the overall benefits of Xiluodu project.
